Amala Teen Summit

The Amala Teen Summit is a seven day residential retreat. It offers diverse youth a compassionate and encouraging space to gather, connect and grow, as emotionally intelligent leaders in service to the Austin community.

 2019 Amala Teen Summit Registration!

Aug. 4th-10th | Texas Hill Country

Activate and build meaningful relationships with young people who recognize the value of self-development, social justice and collective wellbeing. Engage with others who are courageous and passionate about bringing healing to themselves and their communities. Help to create a culture of support with other young open minded youth who are committed to positive and productive change. Join other teens who are willing to express themselves authentically, embrace diversity and learn effective ways to address bigotry and prejudice. We’ll grow together through challenge adventures, expressive arts, mindfulness activities, sharing circles, nature connection, movement, music, and of course, play!

Program begins 3pm on August 4th and ends 1pm on August 10th.
It’s a 45 minute drive from Austin. Amala van rides will be available on first request first served basis and we coordinate carpooling.
